CONTEXT
Sparrow’s mission is to drastically reduce the global stock of spare parts while increasing their availability. Sparrow develop better ways to ensure high technical availability at lower costs. Sparrow believe that through accessing to better data and tools can address many of the current issues in the industrial aftermarket.


THE PROBLEM
The old brand was not effectively communicating the brand's purpose and values, as well as not being easily associated with its industry, which was not attracting the right audience.

THE SOLUTION
Developing a new brand personality and voice that effectively communicates its purpose, along with a visual identity enabling them to establish themselves as experts within the technology industry.
